ARTS CONNECTION GALLERY APPLICATION
    (FOR BEST RESULTS PLEASE USE THE FIREFOX BROWSER)
     A Three month commitment IS required, and A Minimum OF 5 full shifts or 10 half shifts in a 3 month period is required.
    gallery Display fees are as follows:
    Wall Space -  $8.00 per Linear Foot  - Center Table Space - $30 per month.
    Space assignment subject to availability and jury committee approval.

    After submitting your application deliver 4-6 actual pieces to the Gallery (In the Flagstaff Mall) to be juried. Include medium, price, title with the pieces.

      submission of this application, verifies THE understanding and acceptance of these requirementS. IF ACCEPTED TO THE gALLERY, JOINING THe aRTISTS' COALITION OF fLAGSTAFF IS REQUIRED. bY JOINING, all benefits of membership will be available, including participation in all events and programs the group offers.
